For frothing a smooth, silky milk foam and creating a perfect Cappuccino and Caffelatte the milk has to be put in a metal container, preferably cold, and then use the machine’s steam lance. The secret is the slope of the carafe that is well managed by the shape of the container itself and the comfortable handle.

A perfect cappuccino is made up of 1/3 of good espresso, 1/3 of hot milk, 1/3 of milk cream.
