As a retailer and distributor of waste electrical and electronic equipment we comply fully with the Waste Management regulations. Most of our electrical goods include a PRF charge which varies according to the size of the product.

Our responsibility as a retailer:

• We will quote the full retail price inclusive of the PRF contribution and VAT.

• We will quote the price inclusive of VAT, exclusive of the Producer Recycling Fund (PRF)

• We will print in full the Producer Recycling Fund contribution you are being charged.

• We will take back waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) on a one for one equivalent basis from private household customers purchasing new Electrical or electronic equipment.

• When delivering Electrical and electronic equipment we will give you notice to ensure that any old appliances are disconnected from the mains and ready for collection.

• Any waste or electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) that is not ready for collection can be returned to us within 30 days from date of delivery.
